Coffee powder: 3-4 spoons
Fresh chicken eggs: 1
Condensed milk, sugar
Hot water

3.1. Directions to make Egg Coffee

Use the filter and coffee powder (you can buy in Vietnam or on Amazon)
Crack a chicken egg, just take the yolk and discard the whites.
Put the yolk, sweetened condensed milk, and a little yogurt in a cup. Use an electric whisk for about 5 – 7 minutes until you end up with a frothy, fluffy mixture like the one above.
Pour in your brewed coffee, and then add the fluffy egg mixture on top.
You can sprinkle a litter cocoa powder for decoration and use a bowl of warm water to keep it warm longer.
