Cancellation due to bad weather
The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellations must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

10 days before arrival: 60% charge
Within 7 days before arrival: 100% charge

The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults.
Children from 04 - 12: Stay with parent 75% adult rate.
Children under 04: Stay with parent FOC
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
The itinerary can be changed due to the weather.
Special requests (diet or vegetarian…) should be send before your departure date.
Deposit at least 25% when you are confirming the booking.
The rest of the payment will be settled in our office when you arrive in Hanoi at our office or your hotel.
